.about me
At a young age, Letitia's passion for fashion blossomed by watching her mother, grandparents and aunt designed Mens suits and Bridal attire in their small store outside of St. Louis, MO.   She was ever so thrilled when her grandmother gave her a needle and thread to help bead a wedding dress at the age of 8.  By age 12, her grandfather taught her to take measurements and make a pattern directly onto the finest wool fabrics made for their custom Mens suits.

Letitia missed her own prom to design her local high school classmates dresses.  She was given honors of being a featured artist on numerous occassions for high school and university galleries.  From that point, she decided that she would make fashion designing her career choice and left her home attend Ray College of Design (now Illinois Insitiute of Art-Chicago).  After graduating college, she decided to make Chicago her home.  She freelanced for some local designers until she was offered her first job as an Assistant Designer for Bender-Glick Sportswear.
Letitia loves to brainstorm ideas and bring them to life with unusual fabric designs.  She focuses her complete attention on each project to deliver the best possible results, always striving to exceed the customers expectation.  She's a goal-oriented person who operates quickly, efficiently and she's at her best when she's fully challenged.

Currently, Letitia is  living and working abroad in Mauritius, Africa as a Senior Technical Designer for Men's and Ladies high-end suits.  She is still focused on moving forward in creating unusual textiles and unique novelty designs to gain a distinct style of creating outerwear, jeans, and suits for both men and women.  Her range and ability to adapt to all situations is key and has allowed her to keep her clients visually stunning and adhere to their quest for individual uniqueness.

Knowledge is power, that's what her legacy taught her throughout her developing years.  Her parents never wanted her to grow up closed minded.   Never wanting her to be afraid to seek the unknown and always try something new or different.  They encouraged her to travel the world, embrace different cultures and developed her own values.  Most of all, they taught her to be a leader where leaders are needed and to be a follower for righteous sake!
